NOTES | This species has a
weeping habit with large hanging pink flower clusters on long pendent stalks,
hence the common name chandelier tree.
The leaves have pronounced veins which run parallel to the midvein
which may help channel off water. The flowers are very colorful bearing fruit
equally colorful, ranging from fuchsia to purple to blue to black. |
