NOTES | The tree grows to a
height of 25 to 50 ft. The blue-purple flowers cover the tree with bloom and
forming pools of blue on the ground as they fall. They appear in spring and early
summer, and last for up to two months. They are followed by woody seed pods,
which contain numerous flat, winged seeds. |
